Animal Route Puzzle — Account & Data Deletion

Published by SPVN TECH for Android package in.spvntech.animalroutepuzzle. You can initiate deletion without reinstalling the app. This page is about the app-specific Firebase account and Animal Route Puzzle progress, not the Google Account or Google Play Games profile you use outside the game.

1. Delete an app account from inside the game

Open Animal Route Puzzle and sign in with the Google account linked to the game.
Open Settings → Account data & deletion.
Choose Verify with Google and complete the identity check.
Review the permanent deletion confirmation and select Delete my cloud account permanently.
Wait for a success result. A canceled, failed or interrupted request is not confirmation that deletion completed; retry or contact us if needed.

On success, the app deletes its active Firestore progress document and then its app-specific Firebase Authentication account. Local game progress stays on that device and can still be used in Guest mode. If the Firestore step succeeds but the account step fails, the operation is incomplete and may need additional verification/retry.

2. Request deletion without the app

If the app is no longer installed, you cannot sign in or you do not have access to the original phone, send a request to SPVN TECH at [email protected].

Request account deletion by email

In your message, mention Animal Route Puzzle and request deletion of the app-specific account and associated cloud game progress. Tell us which Google account was used for this game's sign-in, where possible, so we can locate the correct record. We will verify account ownership before carrying out the request; additional verification may be necessary. We will confirm the outcome once the verified request is processed. An email request is not an immediate automated deletion.

Do not send your password, OTP, access token, backup codes or private keys. You do not need to reinstall the game to initiate the request.

3. What is deleted, and what remains?

Deleted after successful account deletion: the app-specific Firebase Authentication account and its active Cloud Firestore progress under users/{uid}/game/progress, including saved level unlocks, stars, tutorial state, discovered shapes and update timestamps.
Not deleted from your phone automatically: the local Guest game save and device preferences. See the next step to remove these separately.
Not affected: your general Google Account or Google Play Games profile. Those are controlled separately by Google.
Potentially retained separately: provider-managed backups and security/network logs according to applicable operational or legal retention obligations; these are not active in-game progress records.

4. Remove local-only data

Go to Android Settings → Apps → Animal Route Puzzle → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game. This removes local saves and preferences from that installation but does not delete an existing Firebase account or cloud save. For complete removal of both, request cloud/account deletion first and clear local app storage after the deletion succeeds.

Guest players: if you never signed in with Google, the game has no account-linked Firestore save for you; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the app's local progress.

5. Sign-out, retention and recovery

Signing out keeps app progress, including any existing cloud data, and is not account deletion. Successful deletion removes the active app-specific Firebase account and progress; it does not mean Google's independently controlled records or all service-provider backups are erased at the same instant. If an operation fails, the app retains local progress and you may retry after verification. To avoid recreating cloud data while troubleshooting, do not sign back in and sync until the deletion has been resolved.
